4. Virtual Currency and Purchases

Virtual currency and items purchased in the game:

• Are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Have no real-world monetary value
• May be modified or removed at any time
• Cannot be exchanged for real money

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in Sprunki Phase 10, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Sprunki Phase 10 or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

6. Termination
